Hi!
I purchased a Samsung i7 laptop from BBY in August, 2011. Last week, I started to have problems rebooting the machine. I tried using a Windows7 repair disc but for some reason, that is not able to resolve the issues. Is this problem covered by warranty? What are my options for resolving this issue?

Hey athadani,
CrystalWoW is correct.
Just bring it in and one of our technicians should be able to tell you in-store. If not, they would have to send off to our service center for further diagnostics.
