Return/Exchange Policy

On 3/25/12 (last Sunday), I have purchased a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Mixr headphones, along with the Geek Squad 2 year warranty. I have used them for a total of six hours and came to the conclusion that they are uncomfortable for my ears. My question is is it possible to return my Beats by Dr. Dre Mixr headphones (they are in new condition, I have everything that it came with, and the cleaning cloth and one of the cords it came with are unopened) and "upgrade" to Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Purple Edition headphones, along with the Geek Squad 2 year warranty. If this is possible, what would be the price for this process? And are there any fees, like a restocking fee?

No fees. The product plan would be fully refunded. So you would basically get all your money back then just pay the difference between the 2 headphones and the difference between the plans, if there is a difference.

The price of my Beats By Dr. Dre with the Geek Squad 2 year warranty was $310. ($250 for headphones, $40 for warranty, and $20 tax). Is it possible for me to return all of this and get $310 back?

Yes. As long as the headphones are brought back in like new condition.
