I don't know what it is but I have been having some bad luck........
I recently purchased a controller for my Xbox 360 (on 8/21/10) and within 45 days a button had quit working. This is on a Tekken 6 Limeted Edition Bundle. I purchased the one year plan, so when the controller quit functioning properly, I took it in to get a replacement. This was on 9/28/2010. It is now 10/12/2010, 3 weeks later, and once again, a button has quit working correctly and no longer responds to presses.
My question is, is it still possible to replace it? I wish I would have just bought the TE stick but I didn't, I got this one. Will I have any troubles trying to get a replacement even though I purchased the 1 year PRP? Thanks for the replies.

Any input at all?

Maybe I wasn't specific enough during my original post, I will try to more specific here.
I originally purcased the Tekken 6 LE bundle on 8/21/10. On 9/27/10 I realized a button was not functioning properly and took in in for replacement the next day. On 9/28/2010 I got the item replaced, and the replacement reciept I recieved was labeled "Manufacturers Warranty Exchange". Today, once again, not one but two of the buttons no longer work. I have tried replacing batteries and also removing the batteries for a few minutes, neither of these fixes the issue. I understand that the PRP specifies that I can recieve 1 replacement after expiration of the manufacturers warranty. So my question is this, when I replaced the bundle the first time did it fulfill the warranty, or am I still able to take the bundle in to get it replaced 1 more time. Either way, I seem to be having some bad luck with these sticks, but really miss the stick when I don't have one.
I hope this gives the information needed to garner a response from someone, thanks for your patience.

Greetings Venomace,
No need to worry! Your service plan wouldn’t be considered fulfilled until the controller is exchanged beyond its factory warranty coverage. Until then, your service plan would simply transfer over to the replacement model.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions. You can send me a private message by signing into the forums and then clicking on either my signature below or the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
