Most manufacturers do not consider replacing a bulb on a projector a customer serviceable procedure, which means you would most likely have to have the bulb replaced by an authorized service technician in one of our service centers. You should bring your projector into your local Best Buy® store and have them send it out for service under your Performance Service Plan (PSP).
