Having a problem and wonder if you can help. Purchased lap top for daughter in June 08....bought no fault warranty at that time. This June she spilled a glass of tea into it, and we took it the Best Buy where we bought it on June 16. Well, it has been returned now to the service center for the third time. I need some help....the laptop is not getting repaired, and she leaves for school in anchorage in two weeks. What can I do?????

Is there service center denying the repair or is the issue simply not getting fixed?

One of our Geek Squad Community Connectors would have to look into the problem for you. They should be in contact shortly.

Greetings chippewahaines,
First of all, let me apologize for the delayed response! I can imagine how frustrated your daughter must feel to be without her computer, especially if it has been sent out for service three times in the past two months. Although I do not know why such follow-up repairs would prove to be necessary, rest assured that I would be glad to look into this situation on your behalf.
I would like to provide you some additional information, so please keep an eye on your private messages (the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page) for further communication.
