I've purchased 2 extended warranties for my refrigerator, and now that it has stopped working and after 4 attempted repairs, they left the thing leaking water and recommended I put a towel or pan under it to catch the water until they can order me another part and try to fix it for the 5th time! Wow, that's all I can say. Meanwhile I've got water damaging my floor and a warranty that has already expired, and I have another 4-6 weeks to wait for this newest part.
I'm really confused as to what I should do now.

Thanks, Justin. I understand they can't fix it the first or second time, but I really hope this time they will get it right so I don't have to worry about this anymore.
