If something goes wrong and if have to return them and they dont have the same model in stock you are able to upgrade and pay the difference or downgrade and get store credit. My Beats Pro went bad after awhile so I downgrade to the Studios (still good headphones, but they reguire batteries) and I received the difference on a Best Buy gift card.

Hello and thank you for your message. As Nokia pointed out, we have a standard 30 day return policy on all purchases made at Best Buy (45 days if you are a Reward Zone Premier Silver Customer). Your service plan is there to protect you when your product malfunctions and is not meant to be used to upgrade your products. At this time, we would not be able to exchange your headphones.
