Hello best buy community i bought my xbox 360 elite system for $449.99 on 09/15/2007 and I bought 2 years xbox 360 PRP and now my xbox is not working and I tried to fix it by tips in this community but it doesnt work, the error is the red light (not the three lights), the error E74 and i want to know how it works the PRP of bestbuy, and if i can exhange it in the store.

I am 99% sure that the PRP you purchased does offer in-store exchange. However, be aware that this will fulfill your PRP, and you will need to purchase a new PRP for the new 360 you get. Also be aware that our new PRP (now called the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan) does not offer in-store exchange. The Xbox must be sent out and it will be replaced with a refurb under the new plan.

My PRP offers exhange in-store but it works even if it is not the 3 red lights problem? is just 1 red light

If the Xbox is not working, and it's not due to anything you did, the PRP is going to cover it.
