Hello, I've used best buy's site before to send a product in that has failed and was able to check the status of it. With the site changes a while back it no longer tells me the status of the product I sent in. I sent in my product over 2 weeks ago, but all the website will do now is give me tips on how to get it working. I remember the site use to tell you when they sent you the label, when they recieved the product and stuff like that. Am I just missing that part of the newer site or do they not do that anymore?

Hello Gunzy -
It appears that the URL you listed is still the site to check on the status of your Product Replacement Plan processing, however I was unable to test it due to limitations on the information I have presently. I would like to help you check the status on your order, but would need a bit more identifying information. Therefore, I am sending you a private message to gather more details. To check your private messages, first ensure you are logged into the forums, then click the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
Thank you!
