Question on 2 Year Protection Plan for My Beats by Dre Studios

My pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Red Studio headphones recently stopped working and I'm thinking I'm going to return them sometime within the next two days. This is not the first time I've had to return them. I really don't like how much my headphones have been breaking and I've found a headphone that's more durable and  sounds better. I want to get a pair of the Soul by Ludacris Elite Black & White headphones which are  the same price as my Beats. When I take my Beats back to get a new pair, can I instead get a pair of the Soul by Ludacris headphones?

Re: Question on 2 Year Protection Plan for My Beats by Dre Studios

Thank you for your post. I am really sorry to hear that you have been having on going issues with your Beats by Dr Dre headphones. I can relate to your frustration as my pair needed service once before. Your 2 year service plan covers the repair or replacement of your product in the event of malfunction. Your product will either receive service or be replaced with the same item or a comparable item if the same product is no longer available, at our discretion. I advise you to visit your local Best Buy store to initiate your claim. The store will provide you your repair/replacement options.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks,

The store actually gave me a refund and I'm going to save up for the Beats Pro :smileyhappy:
