Im wondering if I can exchange my game for a different one?
This is months after buying it, and I purchased a product replacement plan.
The game is not damaged.
Or is the product replacement plan only available for games damaged from use
and only works for that specific game?

Yeah, I have the same question. When I bought the plan on my games, my cashier said I could bring it back and trade it for a new game with equal value.
Maybe I misunderstood, or maybe she was right. I'd love to know so I can go do that.

She was all "Well, me and my boyfriend do it for Rock Band and Guitar Hero all the time when the new ones come out. We always bring our old one in and get the new one".

Wow it takes a long time for them to respond, I know theres a bunch of other forums that need tending but this has been like 8 hours...
and its just a modest simple question.
Maybe they hope we run out of time with the product replacement plan to be valid.
