I can't find a solution to this anywhere. I am trying to renew my Black Tie Protection plan on my laptop online, and every time I go to process my payment it says there is a technical error. I want to renew online because I want the online pricing. I called customer service and hung up after being on hold with Black Tie Protection Renewals for over an HOUR.
Can anyone help with this?

I'm fairly certain that it needs to be done through the web site or 1-866-242-4568.
I don't think the Community Connectors (Corporate) or BestBuy.com support can help with renewal service plans.

Like AaronE mentioned, you do regrettably need to call us at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) if you’d like to renew your service plan – we aren’t able to process renewals online or by e-mail at this time. Our website support team is currently addressing this issue and we hope to have our site updated to reflect this change soon.
