You guys say how much best buy has crappy warrentys and customer service but in the end its your fault for not reading it throughly and being ingnorant.. And filling this forum with loads of lies.
My laptop keyboard broke.. I called gateway for the replacement keyboard they sent in 2 days I went to best buy the next told them I have Parts And Service deal they installed replacement keyboard in 45 mins.. Great service, Great Help, Very Satisfied...

I think this issue is a two way street.On one hand, the employees should all be consistant with answers and they all should be accurate in their knowledge, but on the other hand, you should be fully aware with whatever you purchase and read over EVERYTHING you purchase or sign.
I know when I would buy extended plans at other stores, I would read over EVERYTHING i purchased in the brochures.
