Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

I just purchased an xbox360, Rockband 2, Rockband 2 cymball kit and another game TONIGHT..I get home, set everything up and the red pad on the drumset is not always registering.

I calabrated it 3 times, still its not always registering..

I also purchased the replacement warranty and they said if anything goes wrong for 2 years they will replace it with a brand new one.

My question is, do I only return the drumset to best buy for a replacement being that is the only problem or do I need to pack up the guitar and microphone and game as well and they replace it all??

I really dont want to have to lug everything back to the darn store...Please help!

If you’re ever in doubt - and no amount of troubleshooting seems to have helped – remember that you can always exchange defective video game consoles, accessories and software within the first 30 days. I’m pleased to see though that your local store was able to assist you before we got the chance to respond!
