Hello, lately my playstation 3 hasn't been working properly. I purchased a replacement plan around a year ago (2 year warranty) and when it was purchased it was 399.99 and now they are 299.99. My question is will I recieve store credit for the 100.00 price reduction?
Also, I know there's a new playstation 3 slim, will I be able to replace my current one with that one?

So sorry to hear your PS3 is not working properly! I know how frustrating that can be!
If your unit was purchase before September of last year, and you had a Product Replacement Plan, then you would receive full value of your unit in the form of a gift card. If you purchased your unit under the Gadgets and Gizmos plan, you would receive comparable technology not to exceed the original purchase price.
