Purchased Panasonic Plasma on July 2008 from Best Buy. I had made up my mind to purchase a LCD but upon arrival at Best Buy salesman talked me out of a LCD telling me the new Plasma were great with no problems like the old Plasma. Well, 13 month later my TV has a black column from top to bottom ! Purchased a Best Buy Ext. Warrant on this set. Called for service will be three to four week before I hear from the Greek Squad and there is no service in our area the Greek Squad will have a four hour drive to get to my home. I am ever disappointed in the service , Panasonic TV and Best Buy. Is this the way all customers are treated ?
