That prevents someone from submitting a unit to service 4 times with no issue and getting a replacement.

Well, if there is still same issue consumer should get replacement of the product. remember! bestbuy do charge
good amount for extended warranty/plan. and the do incist alot to cough up extra bucks.
So now customer should be getting flawless service.

Finaly BestBuy did honor my request. Thanks for community mods. I realy appreciate it
I got my issues resolved because of you guys. They replaced my camera with newer one.
