PSP "No Lemon Policy"

i currently have a on going claim with BB, in RE: to my 42 SONY TV, ihave renewed my PSP only to find out that the no lemon policy doese not apply. when i purcashed it all i recived was a letter asking to renew and a payment plan of 132.00 per month for 4 months, is what i paid. i have never recived any paper work or any letter stateing that the new policy would not cover the no lemon on a renewal. they only told me this after i requested that they replace the tv. the price of the tv was 2199.00 and the current repair is over 2300.00 which is coved. what is going on??????

Re: PSP "No Lemon Policy"

Hi markj64,

You should have received the terms and conditions of your renewed Performance Service Plan (PSP) in the mail after you agreed to renew your PSP, and I can definitely understand being upset about finding out what your renewed PSP covers after the fact. It is true that a renewed PSP would not have the no lemon clause in its terms and conditions.  If we determine that your TV is un-repairable, or uneconomical to repair your PSP should then replace your TV. I would like to look into your repair and do my best to resolve this for you so I am sending you a private message. To check your messages you should log into the forum and then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Thanks for posting your concern,
