No, the customer is not always right. Adam is using the example of a customer walking into a store and saying "give me everything you have for free." Obviously, that would not happen. And no HH Gregg does not have that policy. They have the same policy as BB.

This is a direct quote of their return policy:

An exchange or full refund will be made if the following requirements are met:

  • You must have your original sales receipt.
  • Merchandise must be returned within fourteen days of the original purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packing materials, accessories, product literature and warranty cards.

At least Best Buy offers 30 days on most items.

Re: PSP? Why bother!?!? its a $400 scam!!!

Hi mommyjamieg,

I’m sure as a mother of children the prospect of waiting to get your TV repaired isn’t something you’re looking forward to, and I’m sure this is even more upsetting given the fact that this TV has not been functioning three previous times in the last eight months.

It does sound like the technician that diagnosed the problem with your TV suggested renewing your Performance Service Plan (PSP) when you expressed that your PSP would be expiring soon. We do allow customers to renew their PSP once prior to it expiring in order to provide extended coverage on their products.

I would like to personally look into this for you, and work towards the quickest possible resolution for you. I am sending you a private message to gather some personal information.
