I recently traded an xbox 360 for a ps3 120gb slim. It has been having some issues. I thought it was only on my tv, so I checked it out at other friends house. It's doing the same thing. He told me it was purchased about 3 months ago and he purchased an extended warranty. He threw the receipt away and I have no way to figure out about the warranty of this item. Can you help me?

If you are not the purchaser of the 360, any information would be unable to be released to you. Your friend is welcome to create an account here and request the information.

The person I traded my xbox for his ps3 lives out of the state. We met up to do the exchange. It was going to be purchased but then it was a strait trade. So without him doing the warranty I am basiscally screwed on this system?

Since none of the information can be released to anyone but the purchaser, this is correct.

Hello -LG-
You could always have the person who is the original purchaser reach out here to one of the Community Connectors, and we would be able to possibly find his receipt info. Then he could give it to you to obtain repair.
Just a suggestion!
