How long did it take for them to get it because I mailed mine August 6th and paid for the delivery confirmation. I see that they received it August 11th but the mod on here looked into my PRP status and told me they still have not received the product.

It’s generally been my experience that it takes anywhere from 2-3 business days for our PRP department to confirm that products have been received once they are delivered.  From time to time, however, service center backlogs and other unavoidable circumstances have unfortunately been known to extend this timeframe to 5-7 business days instead.
