Where is the written policy that is given to buyers who purchase a PSP? I want a copy of the plan I purchased. I have had my computer worked on 5 times and the 6 call is due on 12/21. I have had parts replaced 3 times.. Some the same, but no one has been able to fix the computer. It has been going on since July of this year. My warranty is also expiring and I am not allowed to renew it until the last call.
Phone service is the worst of all. I have been transferred to so many people and departments.... NO ONE wants to take ownership of the problem. I have NEVER been hung up on or disconnected from a company as I have been with Best Buy aka Worst Buy.

Hello usmarinemom,
I am sorry to read about the experience you are having with your PSP on your computer. DanK has provided you with an accurate link to the Terms and conditions of the plan. I would be happy to check in depth for you if you do qualify for a no lemon replacement. I do want to make you aware that when you renew your plan, the no lemon policy no longer applies, the only time the computer would be exchange is if: The cost to repair exceeds the cost of the computer. I will get back to you shortly as I am researching if you qualify for a no lemon policy.
Thank you,
