I tried emailing the "contact us" but I'm unsure that the message went through. I purchased an Xbox in 1/2008, and it is now broken. It will no longer read disks. I know I would've purchased a protection plan/replacement plan, but I'm not positive I purchased the Xbox from Best Buy. How can I figure it out if I did? Can I call someone to try and check? I obviously do not have a receipt. If it would help, I do have the original box.
