6 month old 50' Panasonic Plasma tv under warranty but still paid $350 for Black Tie from Geek Squad(laughing). One month now and still nothing done to fix tv. Sad.

You know what, 5 days for the guy to come to diagnose, 14 days for first wrong parts to show up, 8 days after that guy shows up with no parts

I’m sure it was extremely frustrating waiting a month to get your TV, you have only owned for six months, repaired. I do show that the technician was out this morning and installed the second part, and I show this part has resolved your issue.
