Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

Hi, I'm trying to retrive an old online reciept. I try going on bestbuy.com and look at order status but I don't remember  the order number, try viewing the last year order status but show "no order found". My ps3 seem to died out today and I need a reciept to send in for warranty which I don't have. Anyone can help me on how I can retrieve my old reciept it should be less than a year old since I bought it in nov 2011 with my bestbuy cc. Please help!

To obtain a copy of a receipt for your records or for returns, exchanges, warranty, or service plan work, you may do any of the following.

1) Call 1-888 BEST BUY
2) Go to your local store/call them
3) Wait here and typically within a few business days a Connector will be on to assist you.

Generally, in order to find a copy of your receipt, this information may be needed.
- Name or purchaser
- Phone number used during purchase
- Reward Zone number
- Credit Card used for purchase (if a recent purchase within a few months)

They may need other information and if they do, they will ask. Generally, if you gave them your information for Reward Zone, Service Plan purchase, Subscription purchase (anti-virus, Geek Squad Tech Support, etc.) or if you paid with a credit card, then they should be able to find that information for you.

I actually just called the number but they say they can't seem to pull up order status right now? I kept on telling me that I can do it online which I did but nothing show. I guess I'll just try calling tomorrow again or wait for a reply here. Thanks Mbrguy
