Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

A few years ago I bought a Samsung monitor from Best Buy. It has had to be returned to the manufacturer on three different occasions to have repairs for the same problem. Now that it isn't working again Samsung has offered to replace or refund me for it. The replacement will be a refurb so I'd rather just get refunded. The only problem is that I cannot find the receipt!! Any help?

If you paid for the monitor with a credit card/debitcard or have a reward zone card, it should be fairly simple to look up. Or if you bought other things with it that required registration. You can either wait here, or call 1888bestbuy for assistance or go to your local store.

I was able to get a copy of the receipt from Best Buy.  Of course once I had the receipt Samsung was no longer willing to give me a refund as they had promised.  Thanks Best Buy for such great customer service!!!
