Hello, I'd like to know of a way to get a copy of a receipt of a purchase that I made in a Best Buy in Baltimore in the middle of June of last year. I am unable to go to the store because I made the purchase while on vacation and now I'm currently in Brazil.

I hope you had a good visit last year to the USA. I love visiting the Baltimore area myself. It was disappointing to read that you are having some difficulties with the item you purchased from us and have been unable to locate a copy of the receipt.

First of all, thank you for your time and attention.

The Best Buy store in which I purchased the headphones is located in 600 East Pratt Street, it was my friend that paid for it with his credit card, his name is Thiago Coelho Prado, the receipt should be in his name (I'm sorry I forgot to mention that, I didn't remember it at the time).

Unfortunately, if the purchase was made in your friend’s name with their credit card, I would need them to contact me directly to be able to locate the receipt and provide a copy if it can be found.
