I just got my computer back from the factory after 2 weeks because first they lost my computer and was sending back an IPhone. My hard drive was replaced and they replaced my disk that gateway sent and that took 3days.
Now my battery wont charge past 58%. One person over the phone told me to unplug it, take the battery out and then press the power button. wait 5 mins then start it up because its an error with the hard drive reading the battery.
i did this and its didnt work, did the factory mess up my hard drive?????
I AM VERY UPSET WITH BEST BUY SERVICE RIGTH NOW

I don't know what an iPhone has to do with your customer service issue regarding the repair of your computer, your posting branches out into multiple issues, could you please be more clear on how we can help you resolve your problem?

I said the comment about the Iphone because my computer was sent off to the factory and the day they sent it back to the Best Buy the factory sent back an Iphone instead of my computer. So they had to send back the Iphone and find my computer and send that back. Basically the factory sent the wrong item back in my name.
My issue is that my computer was sent off for a hard drive to be replaced. Now the battery will only charge to 58% and will not fill up.
Second is that the computer "is suppose to" have a new hard drive yet the computer crashed again.
I had to take it back again they say they will replace the battery and replace the hard drive again.

Parting with a computer for any length of time can be difficult, so I can imagine why you’d be upset! I’d be frustrated too if a new problem surfaced shortly after my computer was returned from service, especially if the repair facility initially returned the wrong item.
If your computer has already been sent out for follow-up service, then you’re on the right track to finding a resolution. If you’d like an update on your computer’s repairs though, please let me know. Simply send me a private message with your service order number and I’d be glad to help you out.
