According to my BB store, my PC was shipped to the repair center on June 30. A few days later they said parts were ordered. Today the service center said it's not in their system. Now have waited for 3 hours for a call back. My computer is gone!
Repairs are rarely a welcome prospect, and I can imagine how frustrated you must feel to be without your computer. Although I do not know why you might have received such conflicting information from one of our service centers, I apologize if you found this to be the case. I would be equally disappointed in a similar situation.

Having a 2 month old computer break is frustrating. Taking over a month to repair it is ridiculous. I just don't know if I should blame BB, Gateway, or both. I blame BB for a lack of communication at least. And my estimated completion date was 6/23. I replied to the PM. I do thank you for your time.
I appreciate the PMs I have received here. The BB store just seems to be trying to humor me with conflicting information. I expect better for a $1300 tower. I can't check the status online because the final page times out on my PS3. Thanks for everyone's continued help.
