More Problems with Service Plan on Fridge

I have previously posted my headache with the PSP plan on my refrigerator. These issues were supposedly resolved. I have lost the entire contents of my fridge and freezer repeatedly. The last time this occured I fought to get a new fridge (good times). During this drama I was told to submit my insurance claim to a different address than my previous claim. Lo and behold I never received any compensation. I made Best Buy corporate aware of this and they asked that I fax them said claim and they would handle it personally. I wait the required 6-8 weeks for the check. And you guessed it, it never arrived. I thought I paid the extra $200 dollars for this wonderful service plan but in truth it is more of a head ache. Best Buy is truly disappointing from the store level right on up. I am so tired of fighting with you.

According to the TaC for Black Tie, the food spoilage can only be claimed once, which I personally think is BS, because if the fridge is fixed correctly the FIRST TIME, then maybe you will not receive further troubles.

I am familiar with that policy. Over the past six years I have purchased 3 separate refrigerators and PSP contracts. I have had over a dozen repair calls for no cooling on them. Best Buy was never able to schedule these calls for days after I reported the issue. My unanswered claim was on the second plan. I had previously filed a claim on the first.

Again...will anyone be contacting me concerning the above matter? Best Buy sure is great at lip service. It's a shame there is no follow through. I would appreciate a call or email today.
