Kenji - my posting from Radiantlady has similar story...I am so irate with Best Buy and their horrible customer service.  Yes, I too wanted to give them a chance to respond and the only response I have had is "this is not the place to solicit" Really? Then where Best Buy do we turn...we all seem to have exhauted every avenue available to us.  It's so frustrating and you do nothing to resolve.  You are so obviously wrong with all the consistent complaints I see here and the ridiculous waiting times to no avail...Geesh, what happened to good customer service.  I have made up flyers, making Better Business complaint, sent notices out to radio and TV stations, ripoff.com and much more to come.  I rarely get to this point of frustration but this just has to be brought to light...someone, somewhere, Best Buy has to get your attention.  You can't tell me all these people are wrong.  why won't you step up to the plate?

While he's busy googling something that does not apply to this situation, why don't you check out the precedence set by the supreme court in Hudgens v. NLRB and then further upheld in Pruneyard v. Robins. The incorporation doctrine only holds that state goverments are responsible for upholding the same rights as the federal government. The key word you'll find there is "governement".

You seem really up on your constitutional knowledge. So you should know that the first amendment reads as follows:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

As Best Buy is not a government, they can take any actions they choose within the bounds of the law to censor, change, or remove anything you say, and stop you from saying anything else.
