I purchased a mac a few years ago and it's recently been falling apart around the screen and bottom. I've sent it for repairs before and the problem was fixed but it's now falling apart again, the white around the screen has come off and the metal underneath is visible. I was just wondering if there were any way to check my warranty online to see what is covered, because the damage is worse than the first time I sent it for repairs.
Thank you for your help

Would an admin be able to pull up my warranty? Am I supposed to tag the post in any way for someone to help me?

If you want this resolved quicker, go into your nearest Best Buy store and have customer service look up your receipt. Bring a photo ID or credit card you made the purchase with just in case.

Unfortunately, if you paid cash, there is very little chance of locating the receipt. However, I would be willing to give it a shot. Please send me a private message with your full name and telephone number. Thanks!
