I purchased my computer less than a year ago and I seem to have lost the receipt for my extended warranty. Does having my bank statement help? Or can they look it up in the system? I'm just having issues with the charger. What can be done? Thank you.

I too lost my recepit one time and they were able to look it up over the phone and print a new one off. All I had to do was go pick it up when I took my laptop in to be fixed. So it can be done. HTH

This is true. All warrenty information is kept in the system. A reciept is not needed. The only thing you will need is an idea of what phone number you used when you signed up for the warrenty - which is still not truely nessasary, but it speeds up the proccess greatly.
