Lost receipt & Protection Plan

I have a Harmony and it stopped working.

I purchased the BB Protection Plan but can not find my receipt.
Please advise.

Just bring it in to your local Best Buy. They can look up the receipt for you at the Geek Squad or Customer Service desk.
