I bought Beats In-Ear Headphones by Monster. I bought it during the summer and at purchase, i bought a 1 or two year warranty.
Recently, one of the buds stopped working. No sound comes out of one of them. I need to exchange it.
however, i can't find the receipt that has the warranty on it.
is it possible to exchange my product still?
