My dvdrom stopped working on my xbox 360 and i have a protection plan, I can not find my recipt anywhere... can they look up my information? or how can I return this to get a new one?

Any Best Buy can look up your receipt by your phone number, name, or credit card number.

Sorry to hear you DVD-ROM stopped working on your Xbox 360. No need to panic any longer, I have located your receipt. You did add a Product Replacement Plan (PRP), meaning you can take the receipt information to your local Best Buy® store and they will be able to further assist you.
Or, you can call our PRP team at 888-539-6883 to submit a claim. You will have to send your Xbox 360 and in exchange you will receive a Best Buy® gift card in the mail, for the value of the Xbox.
Either way you decided to utilize your PRP on your Xbox, you do need your receipt. Please check your private messages, for your receipt details. To check your private messages, start by log-in into the forum and then clicking the envelope icon on the top right corner of the forum.
