Lost Receipt

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to get a copy of a lost receipt and how I would go about doing this.

Thank you

Chris

Re: Lost Receipt

It depends on how you paid for it. Usually a reward zone number or a credit / debit number can be used by employees to look up an order, if you paid cash, good luck because its the most difficult of order lookups unless you are dead on for the date and time purchased.

Re: Lost Receipt

This is one of the easiest things to answer :smileyhappy:

If you're close to a store, go there and they can look up your purchase history using Customer Contact Manager.

If you paid with a credit/debit card they can also look it up by that.

OR if you bought a service plan on whatever you bought, it can also be looked up on that method.

Again, easiest way is just to go to a store and go to customer service. :smileyhappy:
