Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

I purchased an iPod touch about 9 months ago, but lost the Product Replacement Plan for it. I can provide the info that was used when I purchased the product, except for the credit card number, since I had to get a new card. Is there any way that I can get the plan mailed or e-mailed to me?

There wasn't a product replacement plan for the ipod 9 months ago or now. If you need service on the ipod, they will rapid exchange it in 3-5 days for a refurbished ipod. If you need this to occur because yours is broken, they can look it up in store with your phone number.
