I have a 58in Samsung plasma TV. A little over a year old. Recently a black bar started flickering on the screen anytime the picture got bright. I have tried contacting best buy. Went into the store where I purchased the television. Was rushed out the door by an employee smugly telling me to call squashed. Called squashed only to find out that there are no TV technicians in store. Would have to be sub contracted out. Which they didn't inform me when I purchased the TV. No problem. So made all the calls. Listened to all the automated junk. Finally got someone from squashed who could schedule me an appointment for service. When the service day came I took the day off of work. Only to wait like a fool for someone to come. Because the message from whomever to whomever wasn't relayed. So I contacted squashed again only to schedule another appointment for a week later. Meanwhile the black bar flashing on my screen is getting worse and worse. Is the only way to get it fixed is to lug the TV back into the store and just demand to be taken care of? Because nobody seems to be able to help
