I've been having problems with my macbook pro for awhile now. It constantly freezing and closing the programs i have open. I am really unhappy with it. The bad part is it died the other day during a lighting storm and I can't seem to get it to work at all. I've got the Black Tie Plan with ADH will this be covered? I'm not sure if it getting damaged during the storm will be covered, and if so could i get a different laptop? I'm really unhappy with this it and i'd rather try my luck on a different one.
-Thanks in Advance

There is no way for anyone here to tell you whether it is covered. Only the service center can determine that.
Your laptop has to be sent out for repair before replacement is even considered.

Hey theloneasian -
Nokia is correct in his assessment; you would need to send the unit out to the repair center to determine if the unit was covered. However, regarding your question about the storm concern - power surges caused by storms are covered by your GSBTP plan.
I hope this helps!
