Re: Ipod touch waranty?

Parts that would normally break over time due to wear and tear. This mainly applies to moving parts, such as buttons and hard drives (iPod classic). The iPod touch doesn't really have any moving parts other than the buttons.

Re: Ipod touch waranty?

Hello chan,

Congratulations on your new iPod Touch!  Purchasing Geek Squad® Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) is always a good idea for your new devices.

Your plan covers all the same things as the factory warranty, with the additions of heat, humidity, power surge, dust, normal wear and tear, etc.  You can find a sample of the terms and conditions here.  Also, the plan offers a No Lemon clause that limits the number of repairs that will be completed before you receive a new replacement product (three completed repairs and the diagnosed need for a fourth).

I’d recommend reviewing the terms and conditions so that you’re fully aware of all of GSBTP’s benefits.  I hope this helps clarify the coverage for you.

Sincerely,
