Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

hI,

I bought my iPad 16GB in August 2010. But just last week as I was going to my backyard I tripped and the screen on my iPad cracked also getting some dings in the back while at it. I was wondering if best buy or geek squad would be able to fix it? When I bought it I also bought the 3YR ADH 450-499.99 TABLET BTP which expires EXP DATE  08/18/2013 . Would someone please respond I REALLY miss using my iPad!!

They'll probably end up swapping it for the same one if available...the exchange would consume your service plan though. So you'll need to purchase a new one for your new iPad. Talk to the store though.

I don't have my reciept but I do have the one you can print online that comes with my GSBTP number...would they be able to get all my information through that and be able to do the exchange?

They can look up your receipt for you.
