Insurance Policy

I purchased the insurance policy on my laptop about 2 years ago. My screen is cracked now. I also dont know where my paper work is. Will the Best Buy people still be able to help me replace my computer?

They should. Just head in to your store and give them what information they need to locate your receipt, (phone number, rewards zone number.) As long as you are covered, they should be able to start you on the process of getting your computer repaired.
