It comes as no surprise to me that it has been almost two days and yet I still have no response to this forum post from a Best Buy representative who can assist me, or a reply to my email that I sent to Best Buy customer service. I mean why would it surprise me, after numerous failed attempts at trying to get the support of Geeksquad/BB Customer service over the phone. You would think that a company in these economic times would value customers, especially those who pay extra out of pocket expenses for a additional service plan. It looks like the Better Business Bureau is my only option.

It's actually only been 1.3 business days. Be patient. There are many customers here.

I was disappointed to hear your situation with your new television. Having a new TV fail so quickly has got to be very frustrating and I thank you for sharing it with us. Typically we would exchange a TV that is having a hardware defect and is within its return and exchange policy. I apologize that was not the immediate resolution.

Yes, I was contacted Friday evening regarding an exchange. I went and exchanged my tv tonight for the same model. Everything is set up and appears to be working properly. Thank you to those who helped reverse this situation.
