Post are removed when they violate either the Terms and Conditions or the Community Guidelines you agree to when you register on the forum. While we do welcome participation on the forum and we try to keep it as transparent as possible, posts made simply to be imflammatory will more than likely to be removed.
BTY, did you have a customer service issue you needed assistance with? I have reviewed your posts, and I am not seeing any type of original issue. I would be more than happy to assist you if you have any specific Best Buy® customer service related issues that you need addressed.
Thanks! ![]()

Actually, I had someone from the forum PM me for help. At no time have I been "imflammatory" (sic) to anyone. It's when people post useless and or erroneous information is when I feel the need to say something - isn't that a customer service related issue? Shouldn't you be concerned that some of your so called "Experts" post irrelevant responses that irritate the customer? It's bad enough when customers are misinformed at the store about product information and warranties. They come here for support only to get an asinine response. I initially came to this forum to check if a solution to my issue had already been discussed (to save time). What I found was a lot of nothing when I examined threads relating to my problem - some with irrelevant responses and others containing misinformation. Although most people were trying to be helpful, there were a few whose only purpose was to interject something, anything, one word or a short sentence, for the sake of posting regardless of its relevance. I suspect they're not chastised because they're BB sympathizers. I have no problems with BB – but they are what they are. Like any other large corporation, they have challenges and opportunities. However, customers with problems don't come to this forum to listen to someone defend BB's position.
Do you consider anything I've stated above as inflammatory? If you do Dorothy, then go ahead and remove my post.
Thanks.

If there is anyone out there that agrees with what I've stated, please click on the "Kudo" Star on the left before this post is removed by BB. Your feedback is welcomed too - positive or negative. You wont' hurt my feelings and I can't remove your post so have at it.
Thanks.
