best buy WARRANTIES suck and they are no help, i had a problem with my ipod and they worked on it and i got it back and it was broken and they said they couldnt do anything about it and i was suppose to have them as our sponsorship for our club and they never did ever call back or anything and the warranties are a peice of crap and they need to get some things together because i aint going to thiss place anymore. SCREW BEST BUY
I was disappointed to read of your service experience. We do our best to make sure that repairs are completed promptly for problems covered under your protection plan.
Unfortunately, not all problems with iPods are covered (such as physically damaged units) or may need to be shipped to a Best Buy® service center to have the repair completed. Any repair situation is frustrating and we do our best to make sure there is as little inconvenience as possible.
