ALMOST A YEAR AGO ON MARCH, I BOUGHT AN IPOD TOUCH 2 GEN. I ALSO BOUGHT THE 2 YEAR PLAN. IM ALWAYS WITH IT AND I TAKE IT EVERYWHERE I GO. JUST YESTERDAY I WAS EATING A BOWL OF CEREAL WHEN I ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED MY IPOD INSIDE AND NOW THE SCREEN IS PLAIN WHITE WITH MILK SPOTS. CAN I STILL RETURN IT ACCORDING TO THE POLICY? I DONT WANNA BE STUCK WITH A USELESS IPOD TOUCH.

The GSBTP plan you have on your iPod covers mfg. defects, dust, heat, humidity, power surge, and normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, the plans that cover water damage were not sold until around July. At this point the damage to the iPod would not be covered by the plan. You can get a pro rated refund for the plan by bringing your receipt back to your local BB. In addition, if you wish, GS can send the iPod out for a repair estimate.
