I apologize for not getting back to you yesterday. The item is being worked on by the apple team at our service center. Its progress is being monitored by both the teams supervisor and myself. I have also arranged for next day air back to the store as soon as it is complete.
I will keep you updated.

Thank you so much I Hope this will be the last time :-) . When i get it back should i stay with it for a week if i find anything wrong or take it back right away? Only assuming that there is another problem ,hopefully not.

aka no lemon, you need three qualifying tags and a forth issue requiring a repair. but i have had my toshiba in 6 time for the same thang and its stell not fix it stell shotes down like it has not power and tack 3 to 4 time trying to git it powered back up and you people say its fix LOL
