Thanks for your patience in my response – I really appreciate you posting your feedback here. I can see how vital it is to have your number one tool for graphic design in a completely working condition. I’m sorry to hear that we have been unable to do that.
In looking at your entire repair history, I show two service orders. One created 9/21 and the other created 10/5. In regards to your service plans no lemon coverage, it would not qualify since we are not on our 4th repair. However, I encourage you to return it to the store to have it sent out again. If you let me know as soon as your drop it off, I will work with the store and service center to have the repair performed quickly.
I know how frustrating it is not having a working laptop as I heavily depend on mine. I’m hoping to bring this to a close for you as soon as possible.
