I am mad as hell with Best Buy

My fridge stopped to cool. I have the black tie plan and called Geek Squad. They scheduled the guy to come next day. Pretty cool, I thought.

 

I stayed home from 8 and 12, the window that the guy was supposed to come and nothing. I called Geek Squad again and they chased the guy here and there and eventually they called me that the guy's car had a problem and he would not come. Very frustrating. But then he came at 3pm. OK. Let's give Best Buy a chance.

 

He saw my fridge and he told me that he would need to order a part and he would come back the next day or the day after, the latest.

 

The day after I received a call that the part would be coming on the following day (that is today). I stayed at home once again between 8 and 12 and nothing of the guy coming. I called Best Buy and they told me that there was a mistake and that the part was not even ordered. He also said that on Sunday would be the 5th day that I would be without a fridge and that I would be entitled to a new fridge.

 

I asked if the part would come until Sunday and he told me that no, it would not come. So could I have my new fridge today? No. I need to wait until Monday (they are closed on Sunday),

 

If they know that I am entitled to a new fridge and that the part will not come, why can't I order my fridge now? And after I order the fridge, it will take almost one week to deliver.

 

Why didn't the guy came when he was supposed to?

If the car broke, why nobody called me?

Why didn't the guy have the part with him (I was told that it was a very popular part)?

Why did they reschedule by mistake?

Why can't I order a new fridge now if they know that the fridge can't be fixed?

 

I can't stop being mad at Best Buy.
